- We are looking for experienced meat processing staff to join our business at Trafalgar on a full-time basis
- Multiple positions available (20)
About you
Ideal applicant will possess the following:
Must Have:
- Previous experience (ideally 2+ years) in Boning, Slicing or Slaughtering duties
- Knowledge and understanding of different rotations
- High level knife sharpening skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Quality Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Relevant qualification (Cert III Meat processing or equivalent)
