Pay: $41.74 - $43 p/h (Depending on experience) + Super

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll run the Toddler space, lead a team of experienced Educators and deliver exceptional educational programs.
You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and make improvements on our teaching practices.

About Goodstart Townsville
Goodstart Townsville is conveniently located in Kirwan, opposite Willows shopping centre and close to both primary and high schools. Working in a full-time position, in a rotating roster betweencentre’s operating hours 6:30am – 6pm.
Lead the 2–3 year old room and create a warm and inspiring enviuronment for the eductaor and families Mentor and support educators, modelling best practice using positive leadership methods We have three separate outdoor learning environments to be able to specifically cater to the variety of ages and developmental needs of individual children.

You’ll Need
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards Current QLD Working with Children Check
