TLC Group is seeking an experienced HC Driver to join our team for a full-time night shift role based in Osborne Park, WA. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation within the outer metro area, playing a crucial role in supporting our logistics operations.
What you'll be doing
- Operate heavy commercial vehicles (HC class) to transport live poultry from the outer metropolitan area to Osborne Park
- Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations, prioritising the safety of yourself, your cargo, and other road users
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
- Maintain accurate record-keeping, including logbooks and delivery documentation
- Liaise with operations to ensure timely and effective deliveries
- Support the broader logistics team as needed, including washing and cleaning of vehicles
What we're looking for
- A current and valid Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence
- Minimum 3 years' experience driving heavy commercial vehicles in a metropolitan environment at night
- Strong knowledge of road rules and safe driving practices
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Australian citizenship is required for this position
