This is a chance to gain a nationally recognised qualification while working in one of Australia's leading inflight catering businesses.

What You'll Be Doing

- Prepare fresh, high-quality meals for some of the world's leading airlines
- Learn commercial cookery techniques in a fast-paced production environment
- Develop food preparation, presentation and kitchen management skills
- Maintain the highest food safety and hygiene standards
- Work as part of a supportive and diverse team while completing your apprenticeship through TAFE

What We're Looking For

- A genuine passion for cooking and the hospitality industry
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
- The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and rotating rosters when required




- Reliable transport to travel to work and TAFE
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- The ability to obtain a clear National Police Check
- Certificate I or II in Hospitality (desirable but not essential)
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience (desirable but not essential)
