You’ll also bring:Previous experience in aged careCertificate III in Aged Care or equivalentCertificate IV in Leisure and Health (highly desirable)Current First Aid Certificate (with CPR)The ability to build strong, positive relationshipsConfidence engaging residents in daily programs and activitiesA genuine passion for supporting and enriching the lives of older peopleGreat communication and teamwork skills, along with basic computer literacyPrior to commencement - c omplete a National P olice C heck and or a NDIS Workers CheckIf you’re someone who loves making meaningful connections and creating moments of joy, we’d love to hear from you.
