About The Role

The Data Intelligence Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality analytics, reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions. This position is pivotal in supporting informed decision-making across the organisation, primarily utilising TechnologyOne OneCouncil.

In this role, you will work closely with various business units to gather and understand their reporting and analytical needs. You will ensure data is accurately sourced, interpreted, and presented, developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data models that provide operational and strategic insights to enhance service delivery and organisational performance.





Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in information management and technology, with the following:

- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or demonstrated experience in the Information Management & Technology field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using visualisation tools for delivering business intelligence and analytics solutions.
- Experience with enterprise business systems, preferably TechnologyOne OneCouncil or similar ERP platforms.
- Proven expertise in SQL scripting and experience in data extraction, transformation, and quality assurance processes.

Additionally, the candidate should possess strong analytical and conceptual skills, effective stakeholder engagement abilities, and well-developed written and verbal communication skills to present complex data clearly.

- Hours of work: Permanent Full Time. You will have the option of a 19 day month through Council’s flex system.
