Myndshift Group is partnering with a Tier 1 mining contractor to recruit an experienced Recruitment Advisor to support a number of new projects commencing in August 2026. This role is based in the client’s Perth Airport head office and will play a critical part in delivering end-to-end recruitment for all site positions including blue and white collar.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of People, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of site-based machine operator and trade roles along with white-collar technical positions to support project mobilisation and ongoing workforce needs. This is a Monday to Friday, full‑time role, working 38 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment across blue‑collar and white‑collar site-based roles
- High‑volume recruitment to support project start‑up and mobilisation
- Stakeholder management with hiring managers and project teams
- Advertising, screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates
- Coordination of pre‑employment checks (medical, police, inductions, etc.)
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting
- Providing market insights and recruitment advice to stakeholders
About You
- Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, ideally within mining
- Strong exposure to blue‑collar & white‑collar recruitment
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience supporting project start‑ups or workforce mobilisation will be highly regarded
