The Opportunity
This role will provide exposure to a broad range of SMSF responsibilities, including:
- Preparing SMSF financial statements and tax returns
- Reviewing compliance work and identifying technical issues
- Supporting the delivery of high-quality SMSF advice
- Attending client meetings and contributing to strategy discussions
- Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted point of contact
- Working alongside experienced SMSF professionals to continue developing technical capability
As you grow within the role, you will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility, including:
- Managing and developing client relationships
- Reviewing work completed by junior team members
- Supporting and mentoring others within the team
- Taking ownership of workflow and delivery
- Progressing towards a future Team Leader position
About You

Ideally,
you will have:
- Strong SMSF experience within Australian public practice
- Good knowledge of Australian tax and SMSF compliance
- Experience reviewing work and identifying technical issues

Exposure to areas such as complex SMSF strategies, pensions, contributions, estate planning, or succession planning would be highly regarded.
