Job Overview

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will handle enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure service requests are managed efficiently. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you’ll coordinate schedules, provide timely updates, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service.

Key areas:

- Provide customer service over the phone to understand clients’ requirements
- Ensure the system is up to date with all requests
- Coordinate and schedule work when needed
- Update clients with the status of their jobs
- Liaise with field staff to coordinate service calls
