About the Role

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day operations of Tequila Bar , a premium cocktail and tequila venue located within Crown Towers Perth. You will lead from the floor to deliver exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the daily operation and success of a premium cocktail and tequila bar.
- Lead, develop and inspire a high‑performing hospitality team.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold premium service standards.
- Assist with rostering, labour management and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory, stock control and venue compliance requirements.
- Drive a positive team culture while maintaining exceptional venue presentation.

About You

You are a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in premium bar environments and leads by example.

Qualifications and Experience

- Previous experience in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager role, with 1–2 years of leadership experience in a bar environment.




- Strong customer service focus with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, hands‑on leadership style with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.
- Passion for premium beverages, cocktails and hospitality excellence.
- Current approved Manager’s Licence or willingness to obtain one.

Availability & Working Conditions

- Full availability across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- The ability to work in a fast‑paced, premium hospitality setting.
- A hands‑on leadership style and passion for developing others.
