Busy and beautiful waterfront restaurant located on the water at Hillarys Marina with stunning views and serving authentic rustic Italian food is looking for Hospitality Professionals to join our team!

Mia Cucina is a fantastic Italian restaurant, searching for a Duty Manager and Supervisor who are looking for a secure & permanent position, in a great venue, working with great staff!

This role will involve the day-to-day operation of our busy al‑a‑carte restaurant in working a flexible 5‑day roster consisting of day and evening shifts between Tuesday & Sunday.

The successful applicants will be hands‑on, who can lead and support the Floor Team maintaining the high standard of service that our clientele is currently receiving at Mia Cucina.

Full‑time and Part‑time positions with an attractive salary package which includes flexible and friendly hours and working within a great team‑culture.

Qualifications





- 3+ years in a Duty Manager or similar role within a busy hospitality venue
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Significant experience in FOH service
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop strong teams
- A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences
- Ability to think on your feet and problem solve issues quickly
- Deep knowledge of bar operations, coffee making, management and liquor licensing laws
- A current RSA and Approved Manager Card
- Knowledge of point‑of‑sale systems
- Currently reside in Western Australia
