About the Role

Wilson Security is expanding in the ACT and is looking for dedicated personnel to enhance our response and support capabilities.

- Location: Various locations across the ACT
- Rotating rosters – 24/7 availability required
- NV1 Required

These roles are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors and clients
- Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems
- Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk
- Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification




- Providing support to tenants and facilities
- Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management
- Responding to emergency situations

Who We Are Looking For

- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Proactive and problem‑solving mindset
- Willing to support and step up into other roles when required
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Capacity to work in a rotational roster (nights, days, weekends)
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with security-related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft programmes)
- Availability and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
- Crowd control endorsement highly desirable
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
