The Role

Run your own section with confidence and consistency Work closely with the Head Chef and senior team Maintain high standards in prep, service, and cleanliness Contribute to menu development and seasonal changes Assist with functions, events, and high-volume services About You Proven experience as a CDP or Senior CDP Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure Organised, clean,
