Role Description This is a full-time, in office role located in Newcastle, NSW for a Senior Channel Sales Manager.
Responsibilities include managing and expanding relationships with channel partners, overseeing sales operations, and driving sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Additional duties involve providing exceptional customer service, ensuring alignment with client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to support business growth.
Qualifications Proven experience in Channel Sales and managing Retail Channel Partners
Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management
Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet organizational goals
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Familiarity with the technology or electronics industry is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
