Senior Contract Administrator – Luxury Class 2 Residential

? Salary: $170,000 – $220,000 + Super

About the Company A reputable Tier 2 builder is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join its growing team, delivering high-end Class 2 residential developments across Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a builder with a 4 Gold Star iCIRT rating and an exceptionally strong pipeline of luxury residential projects, recognised for delivering high-quality developments and fostering long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the commercial delivery of a $40M+ luxury Class 2 residential development from procurement through to project completion.
- Prepare, negotiate and administer subcontract agreements and supplier contracts.
- Manage procurement, tendering and subcontractor engagement.
- Monitor project budgets, cost forecasting, cash flow and financial reporting.
- Assess and manage variations, progress claims and payment schedules.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.
- Ensure contractual compliance and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Support the Project Manager to achieve project milestones, quality standards and commercial outcomes.

About You





- Previous experience as a Senior Contract Administrator or an experienced Contract Administrator ready to step up.
- Proven experience delivering Class 2 residential apartment projects with value at least $30-100M.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement and commercial management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontract packages and project deadlines.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
