The Opportunity

The Senior Coordinator, Global Programs and Partnerships is responsible for advancing the Monash Business School International Strategy by coordinating global education initiatives with a strong emphasis on Transnational Education partnerships and student mobility. The role actively collaborates with senior academic leaders, partner institutions, Monash Abroad, and the University’s Global Engagement units to ensure cohesive delivery and alignment with broader strategic goals.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and deliver a range of Transnational Education programs,



managing complex administrative functions and supporting governance processes.
- Deliver a high‑quality student experience, provide specialist advice, contribute to data analysis and reporting, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build robust relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless program delivery and alignment with strategic priorities.
