Lilly & Lotus is the leading name in events and floristry in Central Queensland. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Florist to lead the floristry arm of our business and help shape our next chapter.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a confident florist who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is ready to step into a senior position with real influence.
About the Role
- Lead and manage the floristry operations across retail, weddings, events and corporate clients
- Oversee daily workflow, stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
- Manage, train and roster floristry staff
- Conduct bridal and event consultations and develop quotes and floral concepts
- Create high-quality floral designs aligned with our brand’s aesthetic
- Drive visual merchandising, seasonal product ranges and in-store presentation
- Assist with event installs, pack-downs and destination weddings
- Work closely with the General Manager to drive growth and performance
About You
- Proven experience in floristry (senior or management experience highly regarded)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities
- A creative eye with a modern, high-end design style
- Confident working autonomously and meeting deadlines
- Current driver’s license and reliable transport
- Availability for weekend work (primarily Saturdays)
