About The Role This is an opportunity for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join a team working on a range of building projects across Sydney.
You'll be involved in projects from initial investigations and feasibility through to detailed design, delivery and handover. It is a full cradle to grave process and the work is varied and technically interesting.
They have a strong focus on improving building performance, upgrading ageing infrastructure and creating holistic solutions to solve challenges.
The role would suit someone who enjoys working closely with clients, taking ownership of projects and being part of a team that values practical engineering solutions.
Skills & Experience We're keen to speak with engineers who have:
- 5+ years' experience of Electrical Design within a consultancy setting
- Experience delivering projects across the full design lifecycle
- Strong electrical design capability within commercial, retail, industrial or mixed-use developments
- The ability to manage projects and coordinate with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and willingness to mentor junior engineers
- An interest in existing buildings, sustainability and infrastructure upgrades
