The Role Reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely month end accounting and financial reporting.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Coordinating month-end financial reporting, journals, reconciliations and Board reporting.
- Preparing statutory financial reports, group consolidations and supporting external audits.
- Supporting exploration expenditure, project development, resource definition and capital accounting.
- Managing budgeting, forecasting, treasury activities and financial reporting for corporate business units.
- Driving continuous improvement across financial processes, controls and reporting while providing technical guidance to the broader finance team.
About You We’re Looking For Someone Who Brings
- Degree qualifications in Accounting together with full CA or CPA membership.
- Experience within an ASX-listed organisation and/or mining or resources environment.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with experience preparing statutory financial reports, consolidations and month-end reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and demonstrated experience using Pronto ERP.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across finance and operational stakeholders.
