- Build the frontend architecture and component library from the ground up
- Report directly to the Head of Engineering with real input into technical direction

Role Overview
- Design, build, and maintain the production component library and frontend architecture that brings the design system to life
- Translate product designs, prototypes, and interaction specs into polished, production ready interfaces
- Integrate APIs and complex data while keeping performance, reliability, and usability front of mind
What You'll Ideally Have
- Substantial experience building modern web applications with React and TypeScript, with strong instincts for component architecture and scalable frontend design
- Experience building data rich analytics, dashboards, or workflow driven interfaces where clarity and performance genuinely matter
- A track record of translating product designs and design systems into polished, production ready interfaces
- Strong software engineering practices, including code review, CI/CD workflows, and a solid handle on accessibility and performance optimisation
