We are seekinganexperienced policy and project manager to help us see this changethrough. We needsomeonewhoknowshow to get results in a government setting, who thinkscritically, and whoshowsleadership.
The Director role is part of a Change Management and Implementation team that will lead change for the entire organisation. If you area strategic leader, a relational collaborator, a greatcommunicatorand a motivated operator, this might be the role for you. The Director will also work flexibly across different areas of the branch and Directorate toalign with organisational priorities.
The Strategic Policy branch isalsohiringto similar roles at the Assistant Director(SOGC)level. Applicants who would also be interested in roles at that level may wish to apply for both.

The position involves hybrid work arrangements between 220 London Circuit and remote. Individual work arrangements can be negotiated with the Executive Branch Manager aligned with team need.
The Education Directorate is undertaking an organisation design program and changes to Directorate structures may occur after this rolecommences. Candidates should be prepared to work across the entire organisationin the event ofstructural changes.
