Arcare is seeking a part-time Rostering Coordinator to ensure the Residence is appropriately staffed at all times, delivering quality care to residents while maintaining a positive work workplace. You will be a key member of the frontline team, responsible for effective rostering and meeting the unique needs of residents.
This role runs Monday to Friday 09:30–14:00, involves developing schedules, handling shift changes and replacements, and coordinating with management to balance care
