A Day in the Role:

- Serve customers in-store and over the phone with great advice and energy
- Process transactions and manage customer orders efficiently
- Promote sales, special offers, and new product releases
- Troubleshoot issues and help customers find the right solutions
- Maintain eye‑catching displays and stock presentation
- Attend regular product and sales training sessions
