We are currently seeking a driven and site-savvy Project Coordinator to join our Kalgoorlie team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building strong relationships on site and takes ownership of delivering successful project outcomes.

We are looking for a well-rounded construction skilled who combines strong technical capability with a practical, hands-on approach and a willingness to get involved wherever needed.

About the Role

Working closely with Project Managers, Supervisors and site teams, you will play a key role in coordinating projects from planning through to execution and completion. You'll be involved in a variety of remediation, concrete repair and infrastructure projects across the Goldfields and wider WA region.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. We are looking for someone who is proactive,



organised and capable of keeping multiple work fronts moving while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and client outcomes.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator within construction, civil or mining environments
- Concrete construction experience is essential
- Remedial, rehabilitation or structural repair experience is highly desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline are highly regarded
- Strong understanding of site operations and project delivery
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and project documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A genuine go-getter who takes initiative, works autonomously and drives project outcomes
- Confidence working alongside clients, supervisors and site crews in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the delivery of remediation, concrete repair and civil projects
- Coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors and equipment
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, site personnel and project teams




- Support project scheduling, reporting and procurement activities
- Monitor project milestones, budgets and performance
- Ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance requirements are met
- Conduct site visits and build strong working relationships with crews and clients
- Assist Project Managers in driving successful project outcomes
