Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES) is seeking an Operations Manager - Unit Support to lead a Unit Support Team and ensure delivery of services to volunteer units. The role includes business planning, maintaining readiness for emergencies, and engagement with LGAs and other emergency services.

The role may involve Duty Officer and IMT responsibilities during operations. The position is fixed term, full time, with an indicative end date of 23 November 2027, and offers commuted allowances
