About the role

As a Retail Store Team Member at our Gold Coast store, you will support our Lindt Chocolate Shops by spreading the word about the wonders of Lindt by:

- Creating meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique Lindt experience
- Preparing customer beverage orders at the chocolate bar
- Educating and informing customers on Lindt Chocolate products with passion and in-depth knowledge
- Being our Lindt ambassadors and delivering exceptional customer service to all

We are looking for individuals who:

- Love Lindt Chocolate!
- Previous experience in a rapid-paced café or retail environment
- Put their heart into everything they do and can talk the language of chocolate
- Have a passion for excellence and can provide every customer with a unique Lindt experience
- Previous barista experience desirable
- Flexibility to work hours that suit our fluctuating business needs, including weekends
