ACCORD CARE seeks experienced Disability Support Workers to provide consistent, person-centred in-home support for a participant in Petrie, QLD. The role focuses on autism, intellectual disability, anxiety, and communication needs.

Shifts are Wednesdays and Thursdays 9:00 am–2:00 pm with potential for additional hours as the participant transitions into SIL. You will follow care plans, support daily routines, and ensure safety and dignity in every interaction.
