Experienced Stone Mason's & Masonary Labourers (V-73757)

JV Recruitment is currently seeking motivated individuals looking to kickstart their career in the specialized trade of stone masonry. We have partnered with a premier masonry contractor experiencing massive growth, with long-term opportunities available across multiple active sites in Inner Metro Melbourne such as Toorak, Brighton & Brunswick.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Assisting with the preparation, cutting, and shaping of natural and engineered stone
- Safe handling and operation of hand and power tools (grinders, chisels, polishers)
- Assisting qualified tradesmen with installations, structural setting, and mortar mixing
- Participating in daily Toolbox Talks and site safety inductions
- General site maintenance, clean-up, and ensuring a safe workspace
- Working collaboratively within a team workplace to meet strict project deadlines

WHAT YOU'LL GET

- $37 - $40 per hour + Super + Coinvest (depending on experience and trade)
- Daily Travel Allowance ($22.41)
- Meal allowance (payable on shifts over 9.5 hours)




- Heavy overtime available – time and a half and double-time rates paid
- Weekly Pay – processed every week, without fail
- Long-term consistency with real sponsorship potential for standout workers

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Valid White Card
- Minimum 12 months relevant construction site experience
- Full PPE (Hard hat, Hi-vis, Steel cap boots)
- Genuine desire to learn the stone masonry trade and commit long-term
- Already competent and safe using standard hand and power tools
- Own transport highly desirable
