What You’ll Be Doing

A part-time role in-office at Sippy DownsWorking 5 days: Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pmSpeak with customers on the phone, helping them understand and choose the right coverFollow scripts and call flows while learning how to guide real conversations confidentlyRead and interpret policy information in real time, explaining cover and costs clearlyPerform towards sales and performance targets while building strong sales habitsWork across systems including online quoting toolsReceive regular coaching and feedback, building confidence and capability over timeWork at the same pace as full-timers
