The role: Lead Educator - Toddler Classroom

Lead and develop the curriculum in collaboration with educators, children and familiesLead and facilitate the cycle of planning and documentations of learningActively engage with and role model current compliance practices

What You’ll Bring

A passionate love of learning and…

Diploma in Early Childhood Educator or working-towardsIn-depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry-based learning. Driven to provide outstanding education and care to young childrenAligned to the educational philosophy of Reggio EmiliaExperience in leading a room or teamCurrent WWCC and First Aid. Please note: Any candidate employed from 1 April must provide a certificate confirming completion of the Federally mandated ‘National Child Safety Training’ via Geccko, or must be willing to obtain prior to employment
