Job Description

In this dual role, you’ll play an important part in creating a seamless and positive experience for our patients while supporting both the clinical and administrative sides of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

Chairside assisting across a range of dental proceduresPreparing and sterilising instruments and treatment roomsGreeting patients and managing appointmentsAnswering phone and email enquiriesProcessing payments and health fund claimsMaintaining accurate patient recordsSupporting the team with day-to-day administration and clinical tasks

Qualifications





Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is a must.Experienced in dental procedures and terminology.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of the D4W system is an advantage.
