Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate Occupational Therapy professionals to join the IPAR team at Kotara NSW. This role offers flexibility, autonomy and the support of our experienced, multidisciplinary team.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant at IPAR, you will have exposure to a wide range of schemes including Workers Compensation, CTP, Life Insurance, Comcare, Department of Veterans’ Affairs and employer‑funded programs. You will deliver occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a variety of physical and psychological conditions, helping them achieve sustainable return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes. No two days are the same, and your work will make a meaningful difference.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a manageable caseload with support from Rehabilitation AssistantsApply your clinical expertise to improve return-to-work outcomesPartner with employers and employees to deliver injury prevention and workplace education programsCollaborate with injured workers, employers, insurers, and healthcare professionalsConduct a range of clinical and vocational assessments,

Qualifications

We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate professional who brings:

Tertiary qualifications in Occupational TherapyGeneral registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsA genuine passion for helping others achieve positive outcomesEmpathy, resilience, and a client-centred approachExcellent time management and organisational skillsPrevious experience in occupational rehabilitation (desirable, not essential)A current NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
