IVFAustralia has arrived in Perth, and we're excited to present this opportunity for an experienced Medical Secretary to join the Subiaco team.

Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

· 5 years recent medical secretary experience

· Effective written and verbal communication skills

· Effective organisational and problem-solving skills

· Demonstrated ability to engage with key stakeholders

· Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities

· Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple data management systems and applications

· Experience in task sharing within a team and the ability to provide leave cover

Desirable Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

· Experience in a multi-faceted clinic workplace preferred, but not essential

· Working in an open-office team environment

· Previous IVF experience
