About the Role

As Project Supervisor, you’ll oversee multiple residential renovation projects from start to finish.





You’ll coordinate trades, manage schedules, maintain quality, communicate with clients and ensure every project reflects the standard our reputation has been built on.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on site, solving problems, leading people and seeing quality work come together.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage multiple residential renovation projects simultaneously

- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries

- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to budget

- Conduct quality inspections throughout each project

- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication

- Resolve issues quickly and professionally

- Maintain accurate project records using Simpro

- Work closely with our office, estimating and design teams

- Drive continuous improvement across projects and processes

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll have:

- Experience supervising residential renovation or construction projects

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

- High attention to detail

- A commitment to quality workmanship

- A current Australian Driver’s Licence

- White Card

Experience with Simpro is desirable but not essential.
