Key Responsibilities

- Carry out general maintenance and repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general facility upkeep
- Complete routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and unexpected issues
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and escalate major concerns
- Work cooperatively with onsite staff to support smooth operations

Requirements

- Previous experience in a maintenance or trade role within aged care, healthcare, commercial, or similar environments
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting
- Strong practical problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Current unrestricted driver's licence (manual)
- Relevant trade qualifications (highly regarded)
- NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- COVID-19 & Flu vaccinations
- Respectful, compassionate, and committed to supporting older Australians and Indigenous peoples
