About youWe are looking for an PR & Communications Account Manager who is passionate and knows their way around the media and influencer landscape. While no particular vertical experience is required, as a natural creative, you generate ideas and find new ways to achieve client objectives. You are confident, commercially savvy and think big picture with everything you do. You read the news daily, and have a good read on what’s trending... and what’s not.
The jobThis is a flexible role which will be based in our brand reputation stream, acting as the day-to-day support across a number of key household brands. Along with running and supporting day-to-day activity for these accounts,



from time to time you will act as a support to the Head of PR and Communications to nurture client relationships and provide strategic counsel as required.
The responsibilities● Public RelationsMonitoring media announcements and recommending news hijacking for our clients as and when requiredDevelop proactive media pitches and press releases to grow client awareness with relevant audiencesDevelop media lists using tools provided by the studio, along with desk researchCreate and oversee the delivery of high-quality client ready materials such as media releases, influencer briefs, thought-leadership blogs with support from senior team members
● Social Media / Influencer RelationsDraft written social media content for a range of clients across LinkedIn, Facebook, InstagramDevelop influencer lists using tools provided by the studio, along with desk researchWork with photographers and videographers to capture content
● Design AssetsBrief in design and creative assets to our design team and liaise with clients to secure approval




● Account ManagementIdentify and understand client challenges and map out a clear pathway forward for clients acting as a core creative consultant across the studioUphold digital platform best practices across social and news mediumsKeep abreast of the latest digital platform trends and best practices, and provide recommendations to team members and clients as requiredRun regular client status WIPs, providing digital advice, digital campaign insights sharing etc.Ongoing optimisation and tracking across campaigns with regular performance reporting on insights to be shared for feedback with the Account Director and clients each month
Ideally, you will possess the following skills and attributes:At least 4 years agency or in-house experience in a PR or communications role Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Journalism, Arts, or related field is preferred, or the equivalent knowledge and/or experience.Understanding of executing organic and paid digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to form strong internal and external relationships.Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously.Strong ability to develop and deliver presentations and pitches to clients.Ability to think creatively and strategically.Ability to manage the day-to-day running of accounts and client interaction with support from other team members.
