A leading WA essential services organisation is seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Customer Service Consultants to join its busy contact centre. This is a fantastic chance to develop your communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working for an organisation that supports the local community every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing billing and account enquiries
- Assisting customers with payment support and payment arrangements
- Responding to service-related enquiries
- Resolving customer issues and providing practical solutions
- Supporting customers with empathy and professionalism
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience

This is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
About You We're looking for people who:

- Have previous Australian customer service, contact centre, administration or retail experience
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Enjoy helping customers and solving problems
- Remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service
- Applicants must have valid Australian working rights.

Working Hours
- Full-Time: 38 hours per week
- Part-Time: 25 hours per week
- Shifts rostered between 7:00am and 7:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Flexibility across rostered hours is required
- Part-time employees must be available full-time during the initial 6-week paid training program
