Tours & Charter Bookings Coordinator Deanes Coaches Group – Hume Depot Full-Time

We're looking for an organised and customer-focused professional to join our team at our Hume Depot, managing bookings and quotations across our tours, charter and group travel services.

About the Role

Working from our Hume Depot, you will be the first point of contact for customers and clients booking travel with Deanes Coaches Group. This role is central to our day-to-day operations, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing tour bookings from enquiry through to confirmation

- Preparing charter quotations and processing charter bookings

- Handling group quotations and coordinating group bookings

- Preparing educational tour quotations and managing associated bookings

About You

Essential:

- Strong customer service and communication skills,



written and verbal

- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

- Confident computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and booking/reservation systems

- A team player who takes pride in delivering a great customer experience

Desirable:

- Previous experience in a bookings, reservations or travel coordination role

- Background in coach, tourism, charter or group travel industries
