Preferred Requirements
- Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification

- Ability to work effectively as a team leader and support junior staff
- Strong clinical decision-making skills in a fast-paced setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, with current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 12 months recent experience in an emergency department or acute care setting
- Post-graduate qualification in Emergency Nursing or Critical Care preferred
