- Providing day-to-day HR advice to leaders and team members

- Assisting with employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes

- Supporting performance management and employee development activities

- Managing employee data and systems with accuracy and confidentiality

About you

You are a proactive, approachable and solutions-focused HR professional who enjoys partnering with people, building relationships and working across a diverse range of HR activities.

You will bring:

- 2–3 years’ experience in an HR advisory or generalist role

- Exposure to a multi-award environment

- Robust knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Sound judgement and a high level of confidentiality
