About the Company:
A unique position in the WA market, our client is an award-winning developer/builder that has successfully delivered a range of luxury, contemporary and sophisticated apartments. Selecting premium locations that are desirable, exclusive and sought-after. They focus on delivering a high quality, premium product to the market.
They are now seeking a Project Engineer for this luxury $250M apartment complex. Starting with structure,
you will gain exposure to all elements of the build.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Civil/Structural/Construction Engineering or Construction Management is essential.
- Experience as a Project Engineer with a commercial building main contractor.
- Previous apartment, student accommodation or aged care experience would be advantageous
- Exposure to structural and finishing trades is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working on projects $50M+
