Glass Co Metro is a locally owned boutique glazing business based in Canning Vale, specialising in Australian-designed bespoke glass, wardrobe, and aluminium products.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking two reliable and skilled Assemblers to join our production team.

Positions Available:

Assembler B – Wardrobe Assembly
Ideal for someone with experience assembling wardrobes, cabinetry, aluminium systems, or similar factory-based products.

Assembler A – Experienced Shower Screen & Wardrobe Assembler
For an experienced candidate with previous hands-on experience in shower screens, wardrobes, glazing, aluminium fabrication, or related manufacturing.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the accurate assembly and production of our custom-made products, including:

- Wardrobe assembly and component installation.

- Shower screen assembly and preparation.

- Aluminium frame and product assembly.

- Glass handling, processing, and quality checks.

- Using hand tools and power tools safely.

- Reading measurements and following production requirements.

- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised factory workplace.





- Assisting with general factory duties as required.

About You

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in wardrobe assembly, shower screens, glazing, aluminium fabrication, windows and doors, or a similar manufacturing environment.

- Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.

- Ability to safely handle glass and finished products.

- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good communication skills.

- Current C Class Driver’s Licence (preferred).

A trade qualification in glazing, glass processing, cabinet making, or aluminium fabrication is highly regarded but not essential.
