What does a Dispensary Technician do?
This role supports our Pharmacists and the Store in delivering a seamless patient experience through timely and accurate dispensary operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Dispensing scripts efficiently and accurately
- Triaging phone calls to ensure Pharmacists remain accessible to patients
- Managing general dispensary administration and maintaining cleanliness
- Assisting Pharmacists in providing relevant product and health information
- Delivering exceptional patient care and service
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Flexibility to work on weekday and weekend shifts
- Previous experience in community pharmacy is beneficial
- Dispensing experience is an advantage
- Certificate II / III in Community Pharmacy is highly desirable
- The right to live and work in Australia
