Our client is seeking a General Manager for the largest medical centre in South Australia with 30+ employees and a large number of doctors.

They are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead their executive team. As a full time General Manager you will report to the owner. You will play a crucial role overseeing all aspects of the practice, while also contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the business.

What you’ll be doing

- Engage with all stakeholders including patients, doctors, employees, tenants, specialists and allied health to ensure positive outcomes for all relationships.
- Human resource management. Including systems, compliance, team building, performance management and training.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of efficient practice management systems and procedures.
- Liaise with healthcare providers, patients, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and business growth strategies.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the practice team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards.

- An experienced professional that has been in a similar role or as a practice manager.

- Experience in a practice management role within the healthcare industry.
