With a strong pipeline of modular residential apartment developments, the business is playing a key role in delivering social and affordable housing across WA. Projects span low, medium, and high-rise developments for both public and private sector clients, offering long-term stability and variety.
They are now seeking an Estimator to join their growing team, contributing to pre-contract delivery across this expanding modular residential portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost plans and estimates for modular residential apartment projects
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and scopes to produce accurate tenders
- Work closely with design, construction, and commercial teams during pre-contract stages
- Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
- Assist with value engineering and cost optimisation
- Support successful handover from estimating to delivery teams
Key Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction industry
- Experience across apartment, hotel, or student accommodation projects is essential
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and cost drivers
- Excellent attention to detail with robust communication skills
- Experience working on commercial or residential developments
- Full Australian working rights
- Our client would also consider a candidates from a PQS background, with commercial construction experience
