About the Role
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist in Charge to join our supportive and collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and patient-focused pharmacist who enjoys supporting a team while delivering exceptional healthcare services to the local community.

As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will oversee the day-to-day professional operations of the pharmacy, ensuring professional standards are maintained while supporting your team to provide outstanding customer care.

As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will play an important leadership role in establishing the pharmacy, supporting your team, and delivering outstanding healthcare services to the local community.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Pharmacist Manager and team in the daily operation of the pharmacy




- Ensuring the accurate and safe dispensing of medications
- Providing professional healthcare advice and counselling patients on the quality use of medicines
- Delivering professional pharmacy services, including vaccinations and other clinical services where applicable
- Managing dispensary workflow to ensure efficient and compliant operations
- Maintaining compliance with all pharmacy legislation, professional standards and company policies
- Building strong relationships with customers and local healthcare providers
- Supporting the achievement of pharmacy service, professional care and business objectives
- Assisting in mentoring and developing pharmacy team members
- Working alongside a current team and supporting the manager in building a positive patient focused setting

About You

You are a passionate pharmacist who enjoys delivering exceptional patient care while supporting and mentoring your team.

As this is a brand-new pharmacy, you'll be excited by the opportunity to help establish systems, build lasting relationships with the local community, and contribute to creating a positive and successful workplace from day one.

Whether you're an experienced Pharmacist in Charge or a confident pharmacist ready to step into your first leadership role, we'd love to hear from you.

Ideally, you will have:

- Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)
- Current General Registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
- Previous experience as a Pharmacist in Charge (desireable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and patient care
