✅ What We're Looking For:

• White Card – Must have

• Scaffolding Ticket – Essential

• Basic Scaffolding certification (CPCCLSF2001A) required

• Own transport – Non-negotiable

• A solid work ethic & reliability

• Previous experience across commercial and residential scaffolding

• Team players – We support each other and work together

• Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position

Beginner Scaffolders

$45- $50 P/H

Experienced Scaffolders

Depending on experience

$50-$57.50 P/H plus penalties

Leading hand

Depending on experience

$60- $70 P/H plus penalties





- Supervising scaffolders and labourers.

- Planning daily work and allocating tasks.

- Ensuring scaffolds are erected and dismantled safely.

- Conducting pre-starts and toolbox talks.

- Liaising with site supervisors and clients.

- Maintaining productivity while complying with safety requirements.
