About the role

Aqua Plumbing Pty Ltd is seeking a talented Plumber 2nd year or above Apprentice to join our growing team in Kingsley, WA. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to develop your plumbing skills.

As a second year or above apprentice, you will progress your technical knowledge and hands-on experience across a diverse range of plumbing projects, whilst working towards completing your apprenticeship and becoming a qualified tradesperson in the plumbing industry.

Key responsibilities

1. Assisting qualified plumbers with the installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures and fittings

2. Learning and applying secure work practices and following all relevant health and safety regulations on job sites

3. Measuring, cutting, threading and bending pipes using appropriate tools and techniques

4. Assisting with the identification and diagnosis of plumbing faults and contributing to problem-solving under supervision

5. Preparing job sites, organising tools and materials, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment

6. Completing administrative tasks such as timesheets and basic job documentation

7. Communicating effectively with the team and attending regular training and mentoring sessions to develop your skills

What we're looking for

1. Currently enrolled in or have completed at least your 2nd year of a plumbing apprenticeship with a registered training provider

2. Valid driver's licence and Police Clearance less than 3 months old.

3. Strong understanding of basic plumbing concepts, tools and safety procedures

4. Willingness to learn and develop your skills under the supervision of experienced plumbers

5.



Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers

6. Physical fitness and ability to perform manual work, including lifting and working in various weather conditions

7. Commitment to completing your apprenticeship and pursuing a career in the plumbing trade

8. A positive attitude, reliability and punctuality
