About ermha365
At ermha365, we are part of the Meridia group and we work with clients with some of the most complex mental health and disability support needs in Victoria. We’re a lifeline for people who often feel like a “square peg in a round hole” - those who experience stigma and discrimination, and are ostracised or excluded from the simple things that most of us take for granted. In many cases we have become the provider of last resort, although we see ourselves as the provider of first choice. We believe in the potential of everyone. We never give up, and we never give in.
We support individuals (consumers) in their own homes and within the community to build skills, confidence, and independence in everyday life. Our approach is recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and person-centred, focused on enabling rather than doing, so individuals can exercise choice, control, and self-determination.

We are seeking multiple compassionate and values-driven mental health and disability Support Workers who are passionate about promoting mental health, psychological safety, and overall wellbeing.
