Full-Time | Geelong-Based | Work Across Geelong and Melbourne

Maxi Blue Painting & Property Services is seeking a highly experienced professional spray painter to join our growing team.

This is a specialist full-time role for someone who understands that a quality spray finish starts with proper preparation, masking, protection and equipment care.

We are looking for a confident and dependable spray professional who can arrive at a project, assess what is required, take ownership of the spray process and deliver an exceptional finish from start to completion.

About the Role

You will work across a range of residential and commercial projects throughout Geelong, the Surf Coast and Melbourne.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Surface preparation before spraying

- Professional masking, covering and protection

- Spray application of primers, sealers and finish coats

- Achieving smooth, consistent and high-quality finishes

- Spray priming and finishing of ceilings, walls, doors, trims and other surfaces

- Careful setup and pack-down of spray areas

- Cleaning, servicing and maintaining spray units, guns, hoses and accessories

- Moving between projects as required

- Completing jobs cleanly and professionally

- Assisting with general preparation and painting when required

- Communicating clearly with supervisors, clients and other trades

- Maintaining Maxi Blue standards on every site

- Completing required project photos and job documentation

About You

You will be an experienced spray painter who is confident working independently and capable of taking responsibility for the spraying component of a project.

You will understand:

- Correct spray setup and application

- Product selection and coating systems

- Proper masking and surface protection

- How to avoid overspray, defects and unnecessary rework

- Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

- The importance of presentation, cleanliness and communication

Formal qualifications are not essential.





Proven experience, ability, reliability and attitude will matter most.

A current driver’s licence is required, along with the willingness to travel between Geelong and Melbourne projects when needed.
